CHEMloc is the standard for hazardous materials storage for flammables or combustibles and is manufactured from 10 gauge cold-rolled steel. CHEMloc is our strongest non fire-rated chemical storage building with built-in secondary containment.

FIREloc is our standard 2-hour fire-rated hazmat building with built-in six inch sump. FIREloc is manufactured from 10 gauge cold rolled steel, and has built-in 6" secondary containment sump. FIREloc is designed to be located 10' - 50' from an occupied building.
